Project title: Consultancy on Psycho-social training and Enhancement of Psycho-social and
Economical (Re) Integration Assessment System for Profiling of Repatriated Persons

Project Description
Psychosocial, Legal and Economic (Re) Integration Support: MARDI aims at
development of local capacities to provide tailor made individual support, to facilitate the
sustainable (re) integration of migrants and to improve the overall welfare of repatriated
persons and their families through psycho – social counseling, legal advice and
implementing economic (re) integration measures (on-the-job training, job placement).
The purpose of this project is to analyze and enhance the psycho-social and
economic (re) integration system for assessment and profiling, as well as develop and deliver training to local stakeholders in terms of psychosocial support/counseling to repatriated persons (RPs), internally displaced persons (IDPs), asylum seekers and refugees.
Experience and skill set required
The applicant should have the following essential skills and knowledge:
- University degree (Masters’ degree preferred) in research, education, human rights, psychology, social work or any related field in the social sciences;
- Previous experience in managing projects;
- Excellent command of English and Albanian (written / spoken).
- Ability to produce concise and well-written reports, in reader-friendly format, demonstrating excellent analytical skills;
- Creative, open and acceptance for suggestions;
- Respect for timeframes
Duties and Responsibilities
- To plan, coordinate and implement the activities related to the project in question. It does this in coordination with the project leader and the staff involved.
- Compile relevant reports on activities
- Convene and hold relevant meetings for both components of the project.
- Assign tasks and coordinate the work of project assistants.
- Prepare payment requests or administrative matters in coordination or with the assistance of project assistants.
- To represent the project in meetings related to the project inside and outside the institute.
- To document (physical and digital) the project process (requests, meeting minutes, etc.) in coordination or with the help of project assistants.
- To make monthly plans and monthly reports for the realization or non-realization of the planned activities.
IP expects the following deliverables and timeline:
Work hours: The expert is expected to work around 4 hours per day.
