When Women Rise: Global Narratives of Home and Empowerment
Are you a scholar passionate about women's empowerment? Contribute to our forthcoming edited volume, "When Women Rise: Global Narratives of Home and Empowerment," by spotlighting heroines—women who have transformed communities and uplifted others through impactful action.
We are seeking two specific chapter contributions that explore the transformative leadership of women in Kosovo:
* Roma Women's Empowerment in Kosovo: A chapter dedicated to a real-life heroine who has mobilized fellow Roma women to overcome social, economic, or political barriers within their communities in Kosovo. This narrative should highlight her journey and the specific challenges and successes faced in this context.
* LGBTQ+ Empowerment in Kosovo: A chapter that showcases a heroine's journey in empowering and uplifting LGBTQ+ communities in Kosovo. The narrative should detail her efforts to overcome social, economic, and political barriers, and the impact of her leadership.
Who Can Contribute?
* PhD scholars with at least one peer-reviewed publication.
* Experts in leadership, feminism, intersectionality, decolonization, etc.
